<h3><font color=black>This winery can look back on a long history, 1413 was it mentioned the first time. From 1691 to 1802 it was first time documented as in the possession of the Benediktinerstifts (monastery) Kremsmuenster in upper Austria and was used as a read-yard.
Short time, between 1802 and 1812, the property became an imperial-royal hunt yard and for over 50 years is it in the possession of the family Thiel. Richard and Hannes Thiel’s saying is: "New generation - alive Style". That means, that each wine is unique and each wine year a new challenge to develop it according to its character.
